Shopping center with 493,500 sf (including 65,000 sf of modified shell) of cold dark shell shops and office space, management office design, site lighting (including photometrics) and books specs. Design included providing plumbing (waste, vent, water and gas) utilities to all spaces in a manner to allow maximum flexibility in placing future tenants into the retail and office units.
