Lawrence Phillips has been in the electrical consulting engineering industry for over 25 years. He graduated from Southern College of Technology in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. His commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and his ability to meet deadlines have given him a highly respected reputation in the industry.

Craig Gradick has been in the HVAC consulting engineering industry for over 25 years. Mr. Gradick received a BSAgE – Agricultural Engineering from the University of Georgia in 1984 and a BME – Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1988. He is also LEED certified.

CLAY FREELS, P.E., LEED AP

Vice President & Mechanical/Plumbing Principal

Clay Freels has worked in the consulting engineering industry as a Plumbing Engineer for over 15 years. He graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering. Mr. Freels has worked on a diverse list of projects – including Public Schools, Private Schools, Personal Fitness Facilities, Museums, Hotels, Multi-Family Housing, Office Buildings, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Medical Buildings, Laboratories, Correctional Facilities, and Generator Fuel Systems. Mr. Freels is also familiar with the special plumbing requirements of “green” buildings and has worked on LEED building projects.

CHAD COSTLEY, P.E.

Chad Costley has worked in the electrical consulting engineering industry for 22 years, and he has a diverse design background – including water and wastewater treatment, overhead power line, big box retail, churches, schools, medical office building, restaurants, office, laboratories, technical schools, warehouse and tenant improvements. Chad holds a Professional Engineering license in 14 states including Georgia.

Her attention to detail and focus on communication allows her to execute and oversee projects of all sizes from start to completion.
